What isnt well explained in videos is that you want to separate the tablet from the plastic back case

Theres 2 seams when you look at the edge make sure you are installing your tools in the back one that separates the rear plastic back and not the glass to plastic joint

Work down the second side towards the bottom and it almost falls apart leaving the charging port intact
