Pros

I use this regularly for massaging my spine and it helps ease the pain! I have a hurting left knee, and this product rolls on. Temporarily elimates my chronic neck pain.

Great topical application to temporarily relieve aches and pains. Consistancy is a very important feature in a product like this. Easy to apply, works fast to relieve back spasms.

Cons

Bengay is 10% menthol. Mentholated smell. Any relief that there is lasts about 5 minutes before the rancid beyond active ingredient evaporates.

The product offers a slight cooling which feels good, but only lasts 5-10 mins. Very over powering and burns the nose. Works briefy. Not long lasting.

These biofreeze roll-ons work quickly and ease the cramping very well, and i wouldn't know what to do without them.

I use this before workout and it really relaxes my muscles and sometimes i use it for lower back and it works great

Pain relief works, roller ease is non messy

Although i feel this gel is a bit on the expensive side, it provides good pain relief.
