Pros
It penetrates after you roll it in and you can do it anytime and anywhere if you feel the need for stiffness or soreness! The rolling miracle.
Cons
Product works ok, but the roller ball option i would avoid. Ordered wrong style by mistake and roller ball isn't great option. Anyways, does not provide any pain relief at all.

I really like this product works as advertised.
The product goes on cold, gets nicely warm and your muscles relax.
The product took a bit more time to get to me then i had anticipated, but i am satisfied with the price and the product itself.
With the roll on formula there is no mess.

The rollon applicator means you don’t have to wear a glove to apply it it tends to stay on your hands so you could end up getting it in your eyes
