Brilliant as i have arthritic hands the manual pump spray is hard work or impossible on some days.
Price
Not the cheapest but worked well for me after having a new hip fitted.

Its a spray sometimes stops spraying and difficult when you have arthritis and neuropathy to get it to actually spray

It doesnt appear to be the least bit cooling but i was using it on an inflamed toejoint so it is possible that masked any cooling effect
