Pros
The taste is great and far better than other protein shakes i’ve tried. No aftertaste, no chalkiness. It mixes smooth with a blender bottle, no chunks. The flavor is nice i add a little touch of vanilla essence to it and have it chilled.
Cons
Hated this, tasted *. Didn't do a thing for me. I hated it.

So there’s 30 servings here at around 90 for the canister it’s roughly 3 a serving which is quite cheap for what i could be spending even to pack my lunch
