The amount of money you will lose due to downtime on the asrock board you could easily have bought two of these biostar boards or even the 12gpu version or perhaps the asus 19gpu one i have high hopes that asus would make a reliable board

Asrock gives you almost no information about how to set up your board for mining while biostar has an entire section of their website devoted to helping you set up for the first time
