I started out twice a day and then tapered off to one a day.
The bursitis was in my right hip and it was difficult to walk and resulted in pain throughout my leg.

If the claims of potency and bioavailability are true, this technically should cost less per serving than competing brands.
With other brands, i tend to take 2-4 capsules per day.
I’ve tried many other brands but have not have the same results!

I can walk now without discomfort but if i cut back my dose i can tell that it still isnt finished healing

I stopped taking nsaids due the negative effect on my kidneys and switched to curcimin for pain relief
