Its not the same as dehydrating something its a superior process and you really are getting most of the nutrients from the original foods that the company lists

I actually prefer for the taste to be more natural instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners being added to the product to alter the taste

One thing i will mention the powder tends to not dissolve very well for me unless i put it in something hot
