It definitely works! I dunno maybe it's placebo i dunno, but as far as i'm concerned it works. It's not a preworkout, it's long chain carbohydrates, with electrolytes and recovery enhancers for long duration endurance/cardio.
This pre/intra workout powder is my current favorite! Either flavor is terrific so you cant lose! The taste (berry) is not great, but it's far from the worst pre-workout i've tried. This tastes soooo good! It mixes very well!

There was a delay between the third and fourth bag so i had to do the same workouts that i been doing and definitely didn’t have as much energy as before

Ive also noticed that im sweating more in the gym likely because my intensity has increased so im getting a more effective workout
