Pros

Good source of lithium without the side effects. Was given this by my chiropractor for depression. Had been on antidepressants for 32 years, due to head trauma in auto accident and a hormone imbalance.

Quick delivery. Arrived as advertised. Keeps you on an even keel, emotionally.

Cons

Dosage is too low, despite the name. Not only that, this is 5x more expensive, making it mathematically 100x worse than most lithium supplements.
