I started using nitrogreens about 6 months ago and i feel great but this is how i use it , i take about 16oz glass i put one scoop of n-greens in it 2 tablespoon of organic lemon juice {raw} 2 tablespoon raw organic apple cider {the mother } and 2 tablespoons of raw organic honey add about 12 -14oz of water mix well drink it once a day the honey make it drinkable after a few days its starts tasting real good  Read Less
