These lil pills are incredibly easy to *. The size of the vitamin is perfect it’s not big. It feels healthier and fuller.

Cons

The strength of the product was in mcg vs mg! No effect on existing hair. It says it’s biotin, but on the back the only ingredients active or otherwise is coconut oil.
