Pros

Gummies are delicious and vegan. Love the gummies and not having to choke down giant pills. These biotin gummies are pretty decent.

My finger nails are strong and do not break or chip. My nails use to have ridges in them, but they no longer do.

My hair is shiny and healthy. The flavor is good the texture is great. Still two for one is a great price.

Cons

No growth to my har and my nails are still soft. My hair and skin have no noticable difference either. They are sugar coated too, like a gummy candy, which is totally unnessary for a vitamin supplement.
