Upon opening the bottle i noticed that the seal was tight and proper unlike previous reviews of this product

The thing i had noticed was the fact that i was not loosing nearly as much hair while bathing and my nails though it still brakes but they are much stronger most the time the breakage is due to the fact that once they are long rather than taking the extra time and shortening them they brake not like flakes but a long piece from carelessness
