The fuse inside is a glass tube, mine says 15a.

You can get a little cheeper product but have the wires already hooked up and getting new wires is worth the cost.

I mounted the socket in the black box to the left

I can disconnect both line and neutral with the builtin switch as well as unplug the input power cord for even more safety while i connect the output of my black box to the unit under test

And if the unit fails the sockets builtin fastblow fuse will blow before the circuit breaker in the service panel has to pop

The best thing about this switch is that it includes pigtails with ends so all you have to do is screw it onto your power supply
