Quality
I haven't used them as yet but they seem like good quality.
Nice and smooth operation, only complaint i have is trying to find a collar to mate with the bearing sleeve to permit free operation.
Nice little pulleys, but not directly compatible with the ender 3.
Fortunately not all was lost as it worked perfectly for the y-axis.
Shipping
I don't know how long they will last compared to the original, but the price is right the shipping is reasonable.
Competitiveness
They worked perfectly as upgrades for my monoprice printer.
Made my a8 run much smoother than the stock bearings.

Most washers contact against the gear creating friction

Putting a standard m3 flat washer on either side will not keep this from binding
