I did wear them during replacement of my roof and promptly stepped into a nail the sole does provide you some warning that something is about to poke through but it did not prevent the inevitable no complains was my own stupidity

I ordered my regular size womens 11 but what i received was a mens size 11

The only word of caution is that since half sizes arent listed i bought an 8 assuming it would be a 38 as thats usually a 7
