Pros

The only thing you sacrifice by not buying direct from birkenstock or authorized dealer is the paperwork that enables them to be repaired/parts replaced for free.

They have 2 adjustable straps to give a great customizable fit! I am a 7 1/2 in other brands and went with the 7 in these and they fit perfect. They fit larger than expected too.

Cons

Sizes are only 6-6 1/2. Buyer beware. Shoe is not birkenstock sandal.

I gave this shoe 5 stars because it has all the features of a birkenstock shoe, but it does not say birkenstock in the footbed.

The name in the footbed is betula, which is a subsidiary of birkenstock.

Competitiveness

They are less than birks and feel a bit softer in the foot bed.
