Pros

Received in 2 days with prime. Reordered early morning & refreshed. Ty for a smooth return.

The arizona is the quintessential birkenstock sandal, as unassuming and reliable as samwise gamgee or grandma's blueberry scones. The taupe suede is incredibly soft and comfortable and the arizona is a classic.

These are more comfortable than the oiled leather sandals which i also love. The outer soles are replaceable, so your birks can last even longer. I hope they become my favorite sandals and i forget about the rough start.

Cons

Buyer beware. The soles on the shoes were apparently removed and replaced, as one of them was haphazardly partially glued back together. Showed up dirty - 2 black marks on the suede. Now i notice glue showing and they just feel wrong. I'm very unhappy... Read More

They did not come in a box, simply loose in an amazon shipping bag.

The label on the shoes said, “new in box.

The color i received is a little darker brown than the picture, so that was a little disappointing.
