Highlights
Quality
The book quality is great however do not expect it to have the bubbled lettering it has in book stores.
This book which follows uldyssian as he develops fascinating new powers and his interactions with the people of sanctuary.
Price
As uldyssian finds out to his cost.
Uldyssian ul-diomed is just a normal guy.
Shipping
The book starts a bit slow but unravels pretty fast.
Competitiveness
I haven't been so enthralled with a book in a looooong time.

I thought to pick up the sin war trilogy first since they come first chronologically and are the only books that are confirmed to fit in canon

For others less familiar with the games andor fantasy in general i could see the applications of these archetypes to the characters as coming off as cheap lazy or stereotypical and while it could have been done better i perceived it as the author trying to draw parallels into the diablo universe of the games and can respect the effort

The character development throughout the trilogy is i think among the weakest points of the series but this doesnt quite fully manifest itself in the first book

Definitely some weak spots but for what it is a cheap pulp novel intended as a tiein to a video game series that its halfassumed readers will be at least somewhat familiar with it works pretty well
