My off-white carpet just glows! When this machine is operated correctly it works wonders on carpets. It does what it promised.

The bissell cleaner works wonders on cleaner the clarpet where trey and papa make messes. It does a great job at cleaning our carpets (two babies/toddlers and two cats) it contains scotchguard and you can add a final top spray for stain protection.

Even my husband who is usually very discerning is impressed. No complaints- hope it proves to be durable. It's pretty good, but not as good as the rug doctor.

This is probably the most worthless purchase i've made in my life. Don't get it. It's out on the curb. Back to the shop with the new vac.

Works well at first, but will soon fail. Works very well the first few times than self destructs. Works great until it breaks and it will in short order.

The rug doctor machines that you can rent at the grocery store are far better. The rental machines do a much better job. Even if it costs more, invest in something with higher quality.

It does use a lot of solution but you can get the walmart brand for almost a third of the price.
