Shipping
I contacted amazon, they e-mailed me a shipping label and i had my brand new bissel within two business days.
Packaging/appearance
I can easily clean it out in the laundry tub.
It's so much easier and better than using paper towels or towels to clean the carpet stains.
This new one seemed great until irealized the bottle of cleaner that came with it, leaked all over the inside of the box.

Have used it for furniture and carpets of course but the real test was putting it to work in my project truckone that had been mudded so diirtwise the interior was a nightmare

The powerbrush is pretty much useless and seems to have been added only to inflate the feaures list when initially comparison shopping
