On the plus side - it is inexpensive. Although it was advertised as light weight it gets really tiresome and heavy. The weight is close to 4pds so after a bit it really hurts the wrist.

It has to be disassembled and doesn't reassemble easily. That includes the time to unbox it, curse at it and repackage and print a return label.

I only ordered this because it was so cheap.

For the price, i figured it was worth a shot.

Packaging/appearance

Ordered an ‘open box’ one but there’s nothing wrong with how it works.

I saw they only make non corded bissel pet hair removers, so i was thrilled when i located this model.

Competitiveness

I tried several other brands prior to this one and this one did an outstanding job.

This plug in's suction rivals that of my large canister vacuum.
