It makes pet hair disappear. The majority of our house is hard wood floors or tile and then we have a large low-pile area rug in the living room. It’s adjusts well to various carpet heights and did well on my * rug.

I've had this vacuum for over six months now and every time i think about vacuuming, i just cringe cause i know it's going to be hard. Very dissatisfied with amazon. Please, don’t waste your money on this vacuum, go buy the shark true pet.

This is not worth the nearly $300 they are asking for it. Big mistake. Would not recommend.

The stair and upholstery brush is not actually powered, it relies on suction to turn a turbine that turns the brush. The suction isn't very good. The turbo brush just stays on the shelf when it’s not being used.
