Pros
Did a fantastic job revitalizing 15 year old carpets. Still works amazingly after 3 years. But amazingly it's well designed and easy to put together. I wish it did upholstery as well.
This carpet cleaner is lightweight and cleans extremely well. It cleans deep. The deoderizers work great and there are different scents or neutral you can chose from. It does a good job of cleaning stairs and tiny spaces.
I vacuum my rug every week with baking soda on top, so i wasn't expecting that filth to enter the water. The unit fits easily in the closet and can be quickly filled and used to clean up messes. Like using a small upright vacuum.
Cons
The brush was no longer rotating (although the machine was still spraying and * up the water) the water is only slightly soiled. The scrubby rotating brush does nothing to aid in cleaning.
Water tank leaked first day. Don't expect to hit a large area with this one and not have to reload a few times. I have a pet that has bladder issues, and this is a nightmare for me.

I would recommend this for any pet lover this is one good deal.
Seems to leave more water than i’d like but i’d say it does a great job for the price.
For the money you can't beat it is it the best you get now but it gets the job done.

I have tried it on bigger or stains that sat for a while untreated which does pick up some residue but doesnt leave it unnoticeable

The residue tank is a pain to clean if there is any residue that is nonliquid pet or human hair cotton carpet fiber etc
