Upon initial inspection this particular battery clone iteration of the basic oem makita 18v liion bl1830 line is virtually impossible to differentiate in sidebyside visual comparison from the original oem makita model please see attached comparison photos

For instance this unit has only 3 charge status lights that illuminate to reflect the charge state upon pressing a button as opposed to the standard 4 lights on a typical makita oem version
