It works great and has yet to have any issues! Does the best job in blending! Love using both full-size blending and single serve blending. She can literally pour all the ingredients in and within 10 seconds be done.

Every other ninja turns off after about 5 minutes. All of ninja's other models have this problem as well, which is why i moved to braun. Very disappointed, and have requested a refund. No not buy ninja - only last few months.

I think when the price is lower, we get defective items that just didn't pass the test well enough to charge full-price.
