Pros

This product works really well as a mild facial moisturizer. High in omega acids and rich in vitamins. My hair is noticeably thicker than what it use to be.

Black currant seed oil is an oil i find to be very important for feeding and nourishing healthy skin. I really impresses me with its caring properties.

Cons

The bottle is tiny. It smells like rancid, spoiled oil. This taste of this one is not good and needs to be mixed with something else drinkable.
