Pros

The colour is great and it matches my red kitchen aid mixer. Only downside is that it does not have a removable tray on bottom for easy cleaning.

Bagel setting works (place bagels facing inwards). It toasts all kids of different bread perfectly. But the only thing is not good with it,if you want to toast bagels up it heats on both side, it toasts lol.

Cons

I'm not sure how this toaster has such a high customer rating. If you're looking for a quality, long-lasting product, this is not it. Should have followed my instinct and return it.

The tray is not separable. The spring part on one side of the toaster is defective. The part that holds and lifts the bread is very flimsy. Does not toast evenly, only toasts one side.

It makes so much smoke so you can't use it in condo. Very cheaply constructed, and smells very plasticky when in use. I only use it with the outside outlets as i'm worried it'll cause a fire.

The price is very good and it does what it should

It has bagel and defrost settings, which for me are a must, but is still a really good price.

Moreover, it's also from a renowned brand.

But a great toaster overall and you can't beat the price!
