Pros

It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. The batteries recharge quickly in the supplied charger. We now have a cordless mower, grass trimmer/pole, cordless blower and cordless string trimmer.

Just got this spiffy little mower today. It's so quiet, it purrs. It is quiet, a hum not a roar.

Built like a thick tonka truck with blades, it's cuts better than any manual mower i've ever had. Lightweight and easy to maneuver even for a 62 year old with spinal stenosis and several ruptured discs. The mower itself actually feels like a toy.

Easy to remove the bag for emptying. Storage in off season is a breeze as it folds down.

Cons

The battery lasts 15 mins then u have to wait for the battery to cool down enough to recharge it. By the time that is done, i am ready to stop so the batteries outlast me! Bought another charger same prob l em.

Service agreement of 20 dollars for 4 years is just another scam. You get what y ou pay for. V quality is about the worst i've ever experienced.

It’s easy to accidentally hang the bag by the top bag frame instead of the “bag notches” (see pic with the proper notches circled).

I am very happy with this mover.

Once i figured this out, there was no issue at all with the bag falling off.

I own 6 black and decker products that all work great so it was a no brainier to by this product.

Packaging/appearance

I did not want to return so i improvised by using a washer to fill in the gap.

Competitiveness

I was using one of my older 40v batteries i still had one bar left in battery.

Had a greenworks for two weeks that would not start after week 2.
