Pros

Large enough to cook a 12 inch pizza, cook a casserole, grill and toast. Toasted bagels are great too. The knobs have little notches on them which makes it easier to see if it is on/off from different viewing angles.

The build quality seems good. Still experimenting but no complaints. Other than that, this thing is a welcome upgrade.

Cons

The only thing it's good for are things you want crispy like fries or tofu. When it is operating there is sometimes a bright flash that occurs through the side vents which is worrisome. Grinding and noisey like an old car on idle.
