Pros
This is effectively an electric garden rake. Used it to dethatch my lawn for the first time since it was laid. Pulled out around 12 grass collector trough's worth of thatch and cut grass.
Easy to assemble. Takes a little while to assemble but once done its a breeze to use. The only downside is the collection bag is a bit small. Good tip is to use it without the basket and use a mower to hoover up the debris.
Cons
Amazon tech support where helpful and offered to replace the item but a lead time of 2-3 months is totally not acceptable. Sent it back after one day.
This is only on one side of the rear height roller. Despite it being used on a moist area and set at its lowest, hardly touches the soil beneath. I got stuck in every bump in grass and sprayed grass everywhere.
Absolutely rubbish. Avoid this machine like the plague, it is terrible. Not happy. Nt recommend on this basis.

Price
For the price i think this item is an easy buy/win.
To replace these missing ones was going to cost around £20.
Well well well this lawn raker was cheap and it works hard for its money .
For the price though it's great, it's not like it's something you use more than once a year.
Packaging/appearance
I found it easier to remove the box and collect the debris from the lawn with a rake.
As such i had to remove and empty the box every 5 minutes or so.
Not keen on the moss catching box.
However the collection box is poorly designed.
Competitiveness
I did need to buy an extension cable as 10m isn't a lot (but of course this all depends on the size of your lawn).
