Ive deducted one star because of some minor issues with the bcs10b that b d could have done betterboth the ac power cable and the dc charging cable are covered in a stiff plastic probably vinyl which becomes almost ridged at any temperature below about 45 degrees f

Sometimes the noise goes away when the unit warms up with use but often it does not
