Pros

The humidity gauge is about 5% lower than actual but not a big issue. The musty smell is now gone. The humidifier is not “pretty”, but does the job well. It effectively removes humidity without producing too much heat.

Cons

It registers a full bucket when its a 1/4 full. Unit freezes up and does not defrost. Rear repeatedly freezes and then leaks all over the floor.

Very disappointed with b&d. For the price it's incredibly disappointing that they could not send a decent tube with it. Runs constantly, makes it not energy efficient!

One thing i have to mention is the shipping and delivery methods - it was supposed to be moved and laid upright all the time.

The packaging carton has warning prints on all four sides: "do not lay down on this side !

During packaging, they place most of the accessories inside the water bin.

Luckily, this is just a major packaging mistake and i was able to find it inside the unit.
