The 13 amp mower is a great alternative to a regular gas mower. I have a proper 10gauge/3conductor 100ft extension cord that weighs more than the mower, so i thankfully don't run into any power loss from the cable. Replacing a b&d 17 13 amp mower ... Read More

The design of the blade is a joy and i like how it whips up the grass/weeds into itself for a more even cut. Mulching mode works ok although i wish it chopped it up a bit finer.

Cons

"lasted one summer. Stored in shed for a few months then tried to use it again. Its not working any more!

The power cord retainer on the on/off switch box is too small to hold a 12-ga cord. The side discharge * falls off if bumped; a nuisance.

The plastic deck appears to be sturdy enough and the lighter weight makes the mower easy to maneuver around objects and on slopes.
