Pros
The coffee maker we have at work makes a full carafe, sometimes i just want one cup. Brews an awesome cup of coffee - better than the single water spout ones.
This unit is perfect and met all of my expectations and at a very reasonable price. Qualité/prix excellent. They work great, its as simple as that. I have no complains, everything works really good.
Ground coffee in basket, water in reservoir. Brew time is pretty quick, 2-3 mins, vs 5 for my old maker. Great for a late riser like me.
Cons
Coffee maker does not come with a metal cup or filter. It is never hot, need to microwave the coffee after it is finished to make it hot. Not supposed to get grounds in the drain.

The water distributor rains water down over all of the ground coffee not just a hole in the middle

Although the unit comes with a reusable nylon filter basket i prefer to fold a 4cup paper basket filter in half to form a cone shape that fits the brew n go perfectly

Old was still working but was white and the appearance was not great
