Pros

I love the swivel head and light that make it easier to see the dirt and grab it. The handheld part of the vac is great for stairs. It's light and maneuverable.

I use medium suction on my medium pile carpet which is new, so it mostly pulls up the carpet fuzz. I love the fact that it has different suction settings, so you only need to use the level of battery-chomping power you need.

This is a powerful cordless vacuum…i am very pleased! Buy it. This vacuum is so awesome!

Cons

The suction of the motor is fine, but after one month of use, now it loses all suction at the filter. There’s no gasket where the filter connects to the collection cup.

Do not purchase this product. It is not one i would recommend. Very short battery life.

The battery does not last 55 minutes like the description says. Was unable to charge the battery, even though it was mounted on the charger and plugged in.

I never had any issues mechanically with the vacuum until two weeks ago: the brush stopped spinning.

I double check the price before writing this review & was even more impressed that it cost $120!

Which is less money than an extra battery.

I'm sure it costs about $2 but they notified me that they don't sell that part individually.

At this price point, i will be buying a second unit for upstairs!
