Pros
Best little addition to my travels. My only heartache with it (and the reason i'm knocking off a star) is the ridiculous way they make you assemble it before use.
Cons
No cleaning brush in the box. Terrible customer service.
The bulb seat is defective. The tray on the bottom was broken and could not be pulled out.

Easy to clean and nice and light weight
Quality of frame and electrical is good.
The first day it was zapping all day long, the light bulb zapper didnt zap one bug.
It took over an hour on both bug lights just to fix.
Shipping
I ordered this and it came fast.
Received the product quickly and works well for controlling bugs around our property.
I think the bulb might have came unplugged during shipping.
Just got it delivered today, so haven't had a chance to see how well it works yet.
Competitiveness
I can say it works 100 times better than the first one i bought that was over one hundred dollars.

We previously purchased a cheap off brand bug zapper from amazon which recently broke as the bulbs stopped working

This thing covers an acre which is more than i needed but id prefer a little over kill in this situation
