Pros

It lasts a good amount of time on a charge. The battery life is not bad. It’s so convenient and easy to use.

The built-in extension nozzle is plenty long enough. The extendable arm is great. It sits on its own which saves counter space.

This handheld fur buster is a lifesaver. In a house with multiple dogs, both short and long haired. We have a german shepherd retriever mix and the hair is insane.

The filter itself is simple to remove, disassemble, and clean. The dust chamber is also very easy to clean, with the lid hinged to drop open and stop instead of flapping back and forth. Filters are good and replaceable.

Cons

Just one more overpriced failed promise appliance. It worked better then the next three times horrible.

About 2-3 years after using the machine on a daily basis, that flap broke.

I tried making my own rubber and plastic but it also broke after 3 years.

I've been looking for an easy to use (and not too expensive) hand vacuum for the carpeted stairs with pet hair.
