Black & decker is known for their dependable products. Original lightbulb too. Has the same features as my loud 1000 watt that was starting to act up.

Size and performance are outstanding. The stainless steel trim is attractive. No complaints so far. B&d has an excellent product!

Cons

The packaging on this is not suitable for amazon's/usps's package handling. They want to charge me a restocking fee and will only be able to give me a partial refund.

Turns on and rotates without heating. Media could not be loaded. Need to stabilize unit. I am afraid this unit will stop functioning sooner than it should.

Even after a minute, my coffee is not hot. Half the the kernels are unpopped, and 1/8 are burnt. But because of the annoying plastic bump, the spaghetti cooker gets blocked by it from rotating.

The power is terrible. It’s also shockingly loud for a microwave. There is no rubber bumper foot.

Microwave slides back when you push on keypad. The button that opens the door no longer works, so the microwave is inoperable. The opening button is very hard to depress.

Its ease of use has made me impatient with the microwave i have at home, with its unnecessary start button.

It worked smoothly for the first two weeks, then it started making that rattle sound at the back of the microwave.

It isn't loud at all while heating food and the alert beeps are no more annoying than any other microwaves i have used.

I love this microwave a great deal for the money great item color is nice

I bought this microwave a week ago during the prime sale.

For the price i paid for was very well worth it.

As i said, it's at a reasonable price, too.

It didn't come the day they said it would.

Update: i contacted amazon customer service and was sent a replacement microwave that arrived a few days later.
