Pros

On the right setting for cutting steel, progress is steady and a bit slow, but letting the blade do the work and not exerting too much pressure helps. Just make sure you buy the right replacement blade/s when you need to replace the main wood blade.

Only gripe is the placement of the power cord but i quickly found the best place for it is over the shoulder. Comes neatly packed in a sturdy box. Different saw blades, which are easy to change. Easy assembly too.

Cons

Saw feeble, ineffective and pretty useless.

Even if you are cutting a straight line it's tricky, as there is nothing to'sight' along your line unless you use the mould line of the tool. It also cuts at any angle it pleases which made it worthless.

The blade is too short and the motor is underpowered. The blade holder is flimsy and necessitates fiddling with.

Only bought it due to hype from advertiser. Forget it - far too taxing. Would not purchase black & decker products again.
