Black+decker mini rotary drill is very good quality. Comes with a good rotary extension and tool set. Can use dremel accessories. Great for diy projects and for stepping up your hobby.
Cons
Plastic vice for the stand is warped, has sharp edges. Second one came in a sealed pack & there is still one diamond bit missing?

Ok, 1st i got this box and found that 1 of the diamond bit is missing as per the box printed content on the box.
Competitiveness
I think they add those cheap bits simply to compete with other alternatives at this price range.
This rotary tool is equivalent to dremel 3000 series but definitely not 4000 series.
This is 180w which is max i found in this category otherwise other brand are selling 130w which is good for wood only.
The other brands did not have a good review and pricing also not significantly different.
