The problem with this design is the damage the connector suffers from less than careful users

Is what happens is if a strong enough lateral force is applied to the connector when inserted into the batterymower the plastic connector on the charger can break off part of itself inside the mating connector of the battery or mower charge port

When this happens and the user buys a new charger it will not fit due to the little plastic bits stuck in the port of the mower or battery

You need to remove the tiny broken off bits of plastic with needle nose pliers

If you can touch the metal contacts with your finger then you have a broken connector

If you battery goes much below 30 volts for an extended period of time it will die and likely cant be revived by any charger
