Pros
It comes with several different attachments for different uses. Easy to understand how it works and functions for each and every attachment that it comes with. Less germ germs.
Wall storage hanger is a great addition to this accessory set. The mounting rack is a nice addition. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to hang.
The pivoting head at the bottom of the steam mop makes it easy to get the corners. I like that the head swivels so it can get in corners and other hard-to-reach places.
This steam mop has so many attachments and can clean so much besides floors. It can mop, steam, brush, and sanitize all kinds of surfaces. The grout brush works excellent.
The bottom of the mop has a velcro like attachment that securely holds the pad in place. The steam mop is amazing! Makes regular steam mops look lame! This is so much more than a mop!

Difficulty is filling with waterchamber to fill is on the underside of the machine so it is awkward to fill and empty the reservoir during use

I also used the attachment for tabletops on my fridge and it turned out too wet and i had to wipe it dry with another cloth
