Cons

Toaster either burns or doesn't toast all the way. Top 1 1/2 inches does not even get touched by the burner. When trying to use the knob to get it out before it burns, i have to get a hotpad and hold the toaster down.

The toaster is not deep enough to fit a regular slice of bread. The top 3/4 of the bread sticks out and doesn't get toasted. Toasts slowly and does not toast a full slice.

Bad experience on product. Custom service expericne is ok.

Stainless steel case is quite thin, and the internal metal components are stamped out of very thin sheet metal. Turned out to be cheap and tinny. It s also a bit more bulky than it appears.
