gets too hot, particularly in rear (burns wall even when spaced properly - no exaggeration); never leaves 'pre-heat' mode while heating and cooking on bake. Time knob is not a wind-up type knob. This black and decker is not an air fryer.

For making toast setting it up to toast bread ive found even if you are toasting more than one slice of bread to just set it at one slice or it will toast the bread too darkly or even burn it
