Pros

Cons

The cord retracts very slowly. The toaster itself is cheap and the cord, while it retracts, looks like after minimal usage, it's going to break. The ergonomic design is terrible. Pls pls don't make the same mistake as i.

Uneven toasting and the handles break. Bread pops up darkly toasted on the bottom corners and nothing on top. The lever works with difficulty and it’s too shallow for large bagels.

Black & decker products stopped working. Within 3 days of each other. I was contacted by customer support. I will update this post if i hear back.

Great toaster heavy duty as it get used a lot and lasts well, brought the same one several years ago.

The toaster is well made and easy to use the dials.

The frozen button helps defrost and toast a toaster strudel or eggo waffles perfectly.

Several years later and this toaster is still handling toast like it's day 1.

Price

Great price, does as described, great price and shipping thank you!

I came back to buy another one but the price has increased from $35 to $55!

I had this same toaster before and it lasted me about 2-3 years, which is fine for a $25 toaster and the use it got.

Packaging was great, no damage, and everything is working so far.
