I could not dismantle part 7 from the vacuum because of arthritis in the hands i have packed it the best way possible and taken photographs to prove is no damage to the vacuum apart from that the only other point i have is the filter has to be emptied every couple of minutes which is no good if your half way or at the top of the stairs i have given 4 because of the description above

The only negatives are that the little gauge which is supposed to tell you when it needs emptying is useless
