Pros
Two thumbs way up for the b&d unit displayed here. Very handy for small and large jobs. Purchased as a gift for a friend - very pleased with the product.
Cons
Dead as a doornail. When i use the machine it begins to burn it self. It merely spreads the wax around and in some cases makes it more difficult to remove the wax. This is some knock off burnt out within an hour.
Cheap plastic housing. Not ergonomic because of oversized casing.
