The newer one is lighter and hence not as sturdy but for the price i paid i cant complain too much

One fit the other though there was no way its because i think the pin was oversized

I havent used the bench for much more than just a stand for my benchtop sander so i cant comment yet on how well the vice properties are on this unit

So i have both the 90s version and the 2010 version of this product

The newer one is a little light and finicky to put together but it will do most jobs for you the same way
